TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hairdressing, Hair Extensions, Wig Installs

When booking, pre-booking, or attending your wig install/hairdressing/hair extension fitting you must accept the terms and conditions. When signing a ZIANAHAIR/Crown Extensions document (Consultation Form, Skin Test Form, Hair Extension Form) you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Once signed you cannot hold ZIANAHAIR/Crown Extensions or the Stylist responsible. 


Appointments:

You must arrive on time for your appointments and not earlier. If you are 15 minutes late then you would have missed your appointment and your non-refundable deposit will be lost.

Hair Extensions:

The consultation sheet must be signed before the fitting of your hair extensions. You will be given an aftercare guide once the full amount of the service has been paid or at the end of your hair extension fitting. All hair extension services are final. Hair extension services are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Hairdressing:

The skin test/patch test must be signed/done 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will mean the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. All hairdressing services are final. Hairdressing services are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

If you need to reschedule your Hair extension or Hairdressing appointment you must give 72 hours' notice. If you need to transfer your appointment to another day, you must give a minimum of 5 working days’ notice before the appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Payment:

Hair Extensions:

The full amount of the hair extensions service will be used as a non-refundable deposit and must be paid at the time of booking for your hair extension fitting. If you need to reschedule your booking and you have not given the 72 hours notice you will be required to pay the fitting fee again. Maintenance appointments require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This service is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Hairdressing:

A £50-£100 non-refundable deposit is required for your hairdressing or beauty services. This must be paid to secure your booking or re-booking. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No appointments are confirmed without the deposit being paid.

​Wig Installs:

You have 24 hours from the time you book/Have your wig fitted to raise any concerns. I cannot be responsible for any issues after 24 hours, as the hair would have been out of my supervision for too long for me to be sure it was my fault. In the unfortunate event that I cannot rectify the issue, you may be offered a discount on your next service. 

Cancellations:

Hairdressing / Hair extensions / Wig Installs

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In order to keep your deposit 5+ business days must be given in order to move your deposit to another day. The new appointment must be within 4 weeks of the original booking. If you cancel the same day/day before your appointment, I require an additional charge + the deposit which is non-refundable in order to reschedule.

Late/No show appointments:

Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment. You are given a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. If you are a no-show and you haven’t informed me as to why you couldn’t make your appointment you lose your deposit and no future appointments will be allowed. This includes consultations and appointments. You will be required to pay half of the cost of your next service as a non-refundable deposit in order to reschedule.

Refunds:

Hairdressing:

Hairdressing services are non-refundable services. Any problems that arise after your colour are dependent on your aftercare at home. Ziana hair, Crown Extensions, or the Stylist cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise after the colour. You will not receive a refund under any circumstance. If you have any concerns about your colour, please email zian.cooper@zianahair.co.uk within 7 days’ after your appointment. 

Hair Extensions:

Tape in hair, Micro Rings, Nano Rings, Micro Ring Weft, Invisible Weave

Due to the nature of the product. All hair extensions are non-refundable. Any issues that arise after are due to the aftercare of your hair. If you have any concerns with your hair, fitting, or blending please email zian.cooper@zianahair.co.uk within 7 days’ after your appointment. 

At your consultation please be sure of the method and colour before confirming your order. Once the order has been placed we will not be able to change anything. Once you have paid the full price of the service this is non-refundable as extensions are a non-refundable product.​ Any quality issues that arise after the fitting are dependent on the aftercare. This is unless they have been deemed faulty at the fitting. You will not receive a refund or replacement hair.

Wig Installs:

You have 24 hours from the time you book/Have your wig fitted to raise any concerns. Aftercare:

Hairdressing:

Once your service has been completed it is required that you do not wash your hair for at least 2 days after your colour. It is advised that you only use professional hair products on your hair and do regular Olaplex treatments to prevent breakage. 

Aftercare is extremely important! All hair can fade, become brassy, and lose tone this is due to multiple factors. Have in mind when using straighteners, blow drying, hot showers, swimming, exposure to sunlight, and much more can all cause you to lose tone in your hair. If you are not using a professional brand for heat protection, shampoo, and conditioner this could all affect your hair colour. Using a £5 shampoo will wash out your £150+ hair colour. I always recommend high-end professional products to my clients when they sit in my chair.

Hair extensions:

Once the hair extensions has been fitted and you have received the aftercare advice ZIANAHAIR/Crown Extensions are not liable for the lifespan and adversity of the hair. Please make sure to not wash your hair for 48 hours after the fitting.

Please follow the aftercare advice given by ZIANAHAIR/Crown Extensions, these are the guidelines from the suppliers and will keep your hair looking fabulous. ZIANAHAIR/Crown Extensions cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise after the fitting. Any quality issues that arise after the fitting are dependent on the aftercare. This is unless they have been deemed faulty at fitting. You will not receive a refund or replacement hair.

When purchasing our blonde shades, you will be required to take extra care as they are more susceptible to damage during wear. The need for top-ups or replacement packs will be greater with these types of shades than with darker or natural tones. Hair extensions are dyed during the manufacturing process, some pigments may wash out after a few washes. There's no need to worry about this since it's perfectly normal. If you want to wash your hair extensions, always use colour protection products and do not use deep cleansing shampoos. Always use SULPHATE FREE shampoo/conditioner and products. As a result of the highly bleached nature of our blonde shades, they may have a shorter lifespan than our darker shades.

Please note Zianahair or the stylist can not be held liable for your natural hair or hair extensions if you go to a different salon or stylist for the removal or maintenance appointments. 

Maintenance:

Hairdressing:

Highlights - 8-12 weeks

Scalp Bleach - 4-6 weeks

Back to Back foils - 6-8 weeks

Balayage/Foilyage - 12+ weeks

Each session (if needed) should be at least 1-6 months apart.

After 6 months it's starting from the beginning.

Hair Extensions:

Clients must agree to attend regular maintenance appointments. 

Nano Rings / Micro Rings – 4-8 weeks

Micro Ring weft / invisible weft – 4-8 weeks

Tape In extensions - 2-4 week maintenance and 4-8 week maintenance.

Removals must be carried out by ZIANAHAIR (Crown Extensions) or a licensed Hair Extension Expert. 

Wig Installs:

  • Every night wrap your hairline and wear a silk bonnet to ensure your install lasts a long time. !!THIS IS A MUST!
  • Use sulphate free products/shampoo/conditoner.
  • Spray your hairline with a holding spray every 3/4 days before bed. Make sure to apply an elastic band straight after to avoid lifting.
  • The less heat you use on your wig the longer the hair will last.
  • Brush your wig regularly to avoid tangles.
  • Always use a heat protection spray when using heat on your hair.

I give my consent to receive treatments from the salon/stylist and have read and completed this and I consent truthfully. I understand I will be receiving a professional service from the salon/stylist. I am responsible for consulting a qualified technician for any ailment that I have. I agree that this constitutes full disclosure. I understand that withholding information or providing miss information may result in contradictions and/or irritation to the skin from treatments received. If any information changes between my appointments, I will let the salon/stylist know. I understand that there shall be no liability on the Stylist or Salon for any services rendered. I further understand that this or future service/'s are non-refundable under any circumstance. After the completion of the service or future service/s the salon/stylist holds the right to share the work on social media for marketing purposes. Should the client have any cause to complain about the services of the salon/stylist, the client must, in the first instance, put their concerns in writing to our customer service email. I agree I will not publish or cause the publication of my complaint whether orally to a third party, or in writing. I understand that the complaint will be investigated by the salon and we will come to a reasonable resolution. I also understand that if I publish, or cause to be published any defamatory statements about the salon/stylist, the salon reserves the rights to claim damages against me in defamation proceedings before the Court of Law for such sum advised by legal advisors.

I am also aware by signing this document I fully understand and agree to the salon's Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Terms of Service. I agree that I have read the salon/stylist's Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Terms of Service on the website before signing this document. I will not hold the salon or stylist responsible for any reaction from this or future services.

Hair Extensions:

agree that this service is non-refundable under no circumstance. We have a system to rectify or replace depending on the situation. If I feel the extensions are not what was expected or not suitable then I also understand a refund will not be issued. I certify that ALL the information provided in this consultation is TRUE. I agree that I will follow the exact aftercare guidelines given by my stylist. I will not hold the stylist or salon responsible for any damage or injury caused by my failing to follow all advice given or by my providing any inaccurate information at any time. I agree I will attend the required maintenance appointments which are required to avoid damage to the natural hair. If I am unhappy with the hair, fitting or service I must give the stylist and salon the opportunity to rectify any issue. Removal must also be carried out by your stylist who provided the initial fitting. I understand that failure to comply with the above exempts me from any entitlement to a refund or claim if any issues occur. I also agree that the colour, brand, length, and weight chosen during this consultation is what I have agreed on with my stylist when shown. I agree not to cut, colour or use any toners or use any other brand than the recommended hair products on my hair after the consultation and before the fitting. I am also aware that on the day of the fitting there may be a situation where the hair ordered is a batch that is slightly off colour which will mean we send back the hair for another batch and re-book the fitting appointment. This is no fault to the stylist or salon.

Please note:

Please note that as human hair extensions are an organic product there may be variances from one batch to another with regards to how the hair behaves when being worn, washed, and styled.

This can mean that hair may not always hold a curl as well as a previous purchase, or hair may take on a natural wave despite straightening during styling.

This is simply because hair comes from different donors, whose hair will have its own characteristics, and will be processed in the factory to a straight texture.​
