WHAT HAIR TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

RAW SEA - SOUTH EAST ASIAN HAIR

Our raw collection comes from South East Asia (SEA). This collection is available in two different hair textures. URBA and ALLIYAH come with a natural wave, while GIORGIO is silky straight. All of our raw hair is unprocessed and comes in its natural state, this hair can be lifted to 613 and be styled straight or curly. Raw hair requires more maintenance than virgin hair, this means you will need to treat it like your natural hair, washing and deep conditioning twice a month. Our luxury collection is known for being the best quality hair on the market. This hair can last you up to 5 years with the correct and recommended aftercare. 

VIRGIN HAIR - EXOTIC CURLS

VALENTINO is made from our exotic deep wave bundles . It has a loose and wavy curl made from the highest quality human hair. VALENTINO is perfect in every way, this hair will last you 3 or more years with the correct aftercare. She can be coloured, lightened and comes from single donor hair meaning less work for you! Our exotic bundles are double drawn meaning the hair maintains its thickness from root to tip. VALENTINO has been made from virgin hair bundles, this means the hair has been processed to create this type of curl. All of our bundles have been checked to make sure the cuticles are aligned and run in the same direction. Curly hair requires more maintenance due to the factor of needing more moisture. Please make sure to keep these units hydrated by using deep conditioning treatments and sulphate free argan oil products.

RUSSIA/MONGOLIAN HAIR

Our blonde units are mainly sourced from the southern regions of Russia & Mongolia but this will vary depending on the range. Our blonde collection of units (WESTWOOD, SAINT, and ZARA) are well known for being high-quality, double drawn, and premium Remy hair. This is a premium range meaning it is very smooth and very straight. This collection is double drawn meaning the hair maintains its thickness from root to tip and provides full-on thickness and volume. If you are looking to invest in luxury blonde hair this is your range. You should expect our blonde units to last around 12 months when using the correct and recommended aftercare.

UK SHIPPING: UK orders will ship within 2-10 Business days (Monday - Friday) after payment has been processed. *No shipping on weekends and holidays.

EUROPE SHIPPING: Europe orders will ship within 15-20 Business days (Monday - Friday) after payment has been processed. *No shipping on weekends and holidays.

USA SHIPPING: USA orders will ship within 15-20 Business days (Monday - Friday) after payment has been processed. *No shipping on weekends and holidays.

DOES THE WIGS ARRIVE STYLED LIKE THE PHOTOS?

All of our wigs will arrive 100% customized.

RETURN POLICY:

In accordance with federal health regulations and the nature of the product, all of our hair extensions and units are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extension purchases. As you must agree to our terms to check out, we will not refund the customer for the negligence of thoroughly reading and understanding our policies and processing times. Any issue with your order should be brought to the attention of our customer service team so we can try to resolve this problem for you. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are labelled as high risk or having a different shipping/billing address will immediately be cancelled and refunded, with no exceptions.

To prevent fraud, Ziana Hair collects IDs for confirmation and protection purposes only. If an ID isn't provided to secure the customer's order after 48 hours, that order will be cancelled and refunded, with no exceptions. In exceptional circumstances, an exchange may be granted (if the product does not compromise hygiene guidelines). This would be under the discretion of Ziana Hair.

All sales are 100% 'Final Sale', once your order has shipped. Exchanges are granted if your order has manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at zian.cooper@zianahair.co.uk to report any defects.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I ordered my item and I would like to cancel it. 

We at ZIANA HAIR understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. We are unable to cancel an order if it has already been processed and this can happen very quickly after you order and we may not be able to capture it. 

As your item is bespoke, we have to work as quickly as possible to ensure we provide you with your new item. We use a system that works closely with our factory and they receive your orders almost instantly and start processing your order right away. Therefore, we are sometimes unable to go in and cancel the order whilst the item has been processed. 

If you would like to capture your item beforehand, please email us as soon as possible at our email address zian.cooper@zianahair.co.uk where someone will try and assist you with this and provide you with your options.

Strict 30% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. No exceptions.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED? 

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities.

DO THE WIGS INCLUDE AN ELASTIC BAND?

Yes. All of our wigs arrive with an adjustable removable elastic band.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH YOU?

WILL MY WIG HAVE A PRE PLUCKED HAIRLINE AND BLEACHED KNOTS?

All of our wig's hairlines are pre plucked, however, the client would need to have it plucked to their individual specifications. The knots are lightly bleached but you will see some dark knots.
